OMTS L - Leadership in Missions

During this module, we will hear from some of today's leaders in the church.  Every missionary is a leader in some capacity, whether it is with supporters, team members, or those you will disciple.  We will consider the "laws of leadership," the character/heart of a leader, pitfalls of leadership, etc.  This module will strengthen your leadership skills of those above, under, and beside you. We will also learn about elders, deacons, and church leadership structure.
